Privacy Policy
What we collect, how we protect it, and how you can ask us to delete it.
1. What we collect
We collect your email address, name, payment details (processed by NewebPay — we never store credit card numbers) and usage metrics.
When you sign up or sign in with a third-party account (such as Google), we receive your name, email address, profile picture and account identifier from that service to create and sign in to your account. We never receive your password for that service.
When you submit the trial request or consultation form, we keep what you enter (name, email, phone, company, the service and plan you're interested in, and your message), along with which site or search engine you arrived from (stored in a browser cookie; we record only the referring domain and landing page, not full URLs). We use this to reply to you, set up your trial or consultation, and see which channels bring inquiries. We don't store your IP address.
2. API key storage
Your AI model API keys are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and decrypted only inside your container. Administrators cannot read the keys in plaintext.
3. Data storage
All data is stored in data centers operated by professional hosting providers contracted by the platform, transmitted over HTTPS and backed up automatically by the platform.
4. Data retention
From the day after a subscription expires (including the end of the term after you cancel renewal), the service is suspended and your data is kept for 3 months from the day of suspension. Renew within that window and everything comes back as it was; after 3 months it is permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
We keep your account contact details and the contents of trial and consultation forms so we can follow up with you and answer questions about our services. There is no fixed deletion date; you can ask us to stop contacting you or to delete this data at any time.
5. Emails from us
We use the email address you give us when you sign up, sign in with a third-party account or fill in a form to contact you: service notices (such as payments, renewals and account security), and possibly product updates, tutorials and offers.
If you no longer want product updates and offers, click "Unsubscribe" in the email or simply reply and tell us, and we will stop sending them. Notices directly related to a service you subscribe to (such as payment and renewal reminders) will still be sent.
6. PDPA / GDPR
This platform complies with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and the EU GDPR. You can email [email protected] at any time to access or correct your personal data, or to ask us to stop collecting, processing or using it, or to delete it.
