n8n Fully managed n8n · Unlimited executions

n8n does the busywork
We run the server

n8n wires Gmail, LINE, Google Sheets and Notion — the tools you already use every day — into automated workflows. RoamerHost installs it, adds SSL, backs it up automatically and keeps it updated. Open a browser and start building.

A drag-and-drop canvas, no code required. Branches, loops and conditions are all visible at a glance.

Instant webhook triggers

A publicly reachable webhook URL lets outside services fire your workflows. Add a schedule node to run them on a timer.

In practice

A day at a small online store
and what n8n handles

Today on the left, with the workflows running on the right. Same people, same orders.

Before automation

  1. 09:00Open the inbox and copy last night's orders into the shipping sheet, one by one
  2. 10:30A customer asks on LINE whether it shipped; look it up in the sheet, then reply
  3. 12:00The boss wants yesterday's numbers, so you open three reports and add them up
  4. 15:00A big order comes in, nobody notices until the next day
  5. 18:30Send out the day's shipping notices before heading home

After n8n

  1. 09:00The second an order lands, it's written into the shipping sheet
  2. 09:00Orders over NT$3,000 ping the LINE group for sales
  3. 10:30A customer asks about shipping; the bot checks the carrier and answers
  4. 08:00Every morning at eight, yesterday's sales report posts itself to the group
  5. 24/7You're doing something else while the workflows run; every log is in the dashboard

That workflow uses only four nodes: Webhook, IF, Google Sheets and LINE. Once your instance is live, follow the beginner guide and you can have it running within half an hour.

Check the fit first

Read this list before you read on

Managed n8n helps a lot of people, but not everyone. If the left side sounds like you, it's worth a try. If the right side does, we'll tell you honestly what would serve you better.

A good fit if you

  • Work in marketing, ops or support and want to automate the shuffling between LINE, forms, spreadsheets and email
  • Run a small online store and want order alerts, shipping replies and daily reports to run themselves
  • Are a developer or freelancer who needs an environment with no execution cap and community nodes allowed
  • Took the n8n course or watched the tutorials and want somewhere to practice right now

Not a fit if you

  • Are an enterprise team that needs per-user permissions, SSO and audit logs — that calls for n8n's official Enterprise edition
  • Run thousands of executions a minute and need a dedicated machine — talk to us before you decide
  • Want full control of the OS and network layer — a self-hosted VPS is your path, and this cost breakdown helps you do the math

What they built with n8n

All from customers actually running n8n on RoamerHost, published with their permission

Every day there's the Facebook, IG, Google and website marketing material, and also Word and Excel to write the agency's evaluation documents. I wanted to find out whether n8n automated flows could simplify and automate my workflow. It should be possible to put integration techniques to use and automate it.

Before using RoamerHost, a LINE bot service meant writing code. With the n8n service the process is simpler and more convenient to use. What I save isn't just time — after getting rid of some routine tasks, I can free up more time to handle other things.

Sorting data by hand — slow, inefficient. I wanted to try putting together programs that fit my own needs. Now with scheduled runs added, I just check in regularly to see if anything needs handling right away. Timely and convenient.

For all the reports, I had to export the raw data from various systems and sort it by hand in Excel, building the formulas/links and calculations before I could produce the report. It was time-consuming and easy to get wrong, my manager often asked whether it could be faster, but I didn't know how to improve it. But it should be possible to build the structure once (maybe adjusting it a few times), and after that feed the data into a fixed place and let the program calculate on its own.

During the big e-commerce sale periods, support volume would spike and we had to hire part-timers just to get through the work. I'd heard about automation services but wasn't sure about the quality of the results, so I never dared try. Now the support team can put their spare energy into helping with shipping instead of being stuck at their desks replying to messages.

Ms. Lu

E-commerce & marketing

I tried installing it once by following a tutorial online, but I got stuck halfway and ended up leaving it. After it was provisioned I could just log straight in, so I can finally spend my time on the workflows instead of on install problems.

Half an hour a day

My manager asks for the previous day's numbers every morning, so I had to open the spreadsheet to check and then paste the results into the group chat. Now it's put together for me in the morning and I just check whether anything looks off — no starting from scratch every day.

Several hours

During campaigns the support emails all come in at once, and reading, sorting and forwarding them to colleagues gets messy fast. Now they're sorted by question type first and the right person gets notified — at least the emails aren't all jumbled together.

Brand operations

Anonymous at the customer's request

Our sales list lives in Google Sheets and project progress is tracked in Notion, and I'd often update one and forget the other. Now when the sheet updates, Notion updates too — one less thing to do really does make a difference.

Sales

Anonymous at the customer's request

Before, when someone filled in the form on my site, I had to wait until I saw the email to deal with it — on busy days I really did forget. Now a LINE notification comes through as soon as the form is submitted, so I don't have to keep checking my inbox.

Time went from three hours to thirty minutes

Every day I'd go pull the data, copy and paste it, then give it to AI to analyze, and after deciding I'd make the charts and the report myself. I wanted to cut out that time to do more meaningful things. Now basically I just ask and the report comes out in the format I want — the time went from three hours to thirty minutes.

Common questions

Self-hosting usually means renting a VPS at roughly US$5–10 a month (about NT$160–320), so NT$2,000–4,000 a year in server fees. But you also install Docker, set up the domain and SSL, handle version upgrades and back up your data — that maintenance time is the real hidden cost. Managed n8n on RoamerHost is NT$5,988 a year (avg. NT$499/mo) and already includes automated deployment, built-in SSL, automatic backups and updates. If you enjoy tinkering with servers and your traffic is heavy, self-hosting still pays off. If you would rather spend your time designing workflows, managed is the easier road.

No lock-in. n8n workflows export straight to JSON, and you manage credentials and variables yourself in the admin, so you can move to any self-hosted or third-party n8n whenever you want. RoamerHost runs the standard open-source n8n — no proprietary format, no lock-in.

Yes. n8n talks to the LINE Messaging API through its webhook and HTTP nodes, and it also connects to Telegram, Discord, Slack, Google Sheets and 400-plus other services. An incoming LINE message can trigger a workflow, and a workflow can push LINE notifications out.

n8n Cloud is the official SaaS, billed by execution: the entry plan covers about 2,500 runs a month and starts around NT$700. RoamerHost gives you a complete, isolated n8n environment with no cap on executions or workflows, your data in your own container, and community nodes you can install. The more workflows you add and the more often they fire, the wider the gap.

One click in the dashboard. Billing and service stop at the end of the current term — no cancellation fee; fees already paid for the current term are not refunded. After expiry the instance is paused and your data is kept for 3 months, so renewing within that window brings everything back as it was. Export your workflows to JSON before you cancel and take them anywhere.

Yes. Every project is a full n8n environment, so you can install community-built nodes from the n8n settings.

Yes. Every n8n project gets its own HTTPS subdomain, and outside services can call the webhook URL directly.

Your workflows, credentials and execution logs live on a dedicated persistent volume, so nothing is lost when the container restarts.

The public plan is billed yearly: NT$5,988/yr (avg. NT$499/mo), with 1 dedicated vCPU, unlimited executions and workflows, and no setup fee or add-ons. You pay by recurring credit card charge once a year and can cancel renewal from the dashboard anytime. Still evaluating? Request a free trial first.

In your own n8n instance: each instance is an isolated Docker container on its own network, never shared with other customers. Service credentials are stored encrypted inside your instance and all connections use HTTPS; the data your workflows process stays in your instance instead of passing through a third-party automation platform.

Yes. At checkout, choose "Company invoice" under E-invoice and enter your company name and Taiwan Tax ID (統一編號) to receive a triplicate company invoice; individuals can choose "Personal receipt".

Most workflows are built by dragging nodes together, no code required. When a service has no ready-made node you'll need to read its API docs and build the call with the HTTP Request node, which takes a little technical patience. n8n subscribers can also connect their n8n to Roamer AI in the dashboard and ask it in plain language to build or change workflows, or to read the execution log, find the failing node and fix it; credentials such as account passwords are still set by you inside n8n.

From self-hosted n8n: export your workflows as JSON, import them into the new instance, then reconnect each service's credentials. From Zapier: workflows can't be imported directly and need to be rebuilt in n8n — a good chance to drop the compromises you made because Zapier bills per step. See "Zapier to n8n" in the Support Center for the recommended order.

Start with the dashboard: you can restart or rebuild the instance yourself, and a restart fixes most connection problems. For how-to questions, ask Roamer, the chat assistant in the bottom-right corner, or use Roamer AI support in your dashboard. For a human, email [email protected] or message our LINE official account @818kotud — we reply within 24 hours on business days, from Taiwan.
