Terms of Service — RoamerHost

1. The service

RoamerHost (the "platform") is operated by Roamer Tech Co., Ltd. and provides managed cloud hosting for open-source software, including but not limited to WordPress hosting, n8n workflow automation, OpenClaw AI Agent, Dify, NocoDB, Cal.com, the Qdrant vector database and Stock Helper (together, the "services"). The platform is responsible for host resources, container management, networking, SSL certificates and infrastructure operations; the content, settings and applications inside each service are managed by you.

2. Billing and refunds

Each plan is billed monthly or yearly as shown, charged to your credit card on a recurring basis through NewebPay (monthly plans each month, yearly plans once a year). There is no cancellation fee. Free trials are not charged; early renewals are one-time payments with no automatic charges.
You can cancel renewal at any time from your dashboard. You won't be charged for the next term, and the service stays live until the end of the current term (the month for monthly plans, the year for yearly plans). Fees already paid for the current term, including a full year on yearly plans, are not refunded or prorated.
Plan upgrades take effect once paid. The new plan's term starts on the payment date; the unused part of the previous plan is not credited or refunded.
If a recurring charge fails, the service is suspended from the day after the current term ends. Paying within 3 months of suspension restores it (see section 4).

3. Your content and responsibilities

You are fully legally responsible for everything you create, upload or publish through the services (site content, images, plugins, automation workflows, AI output and so on). The platform is an infrastructure provider; we do not review your content in advance and are not responsible for it.
On site-building services such as WordPress hosting, the plugins and themes you install are your choice. If a third-party plugin breaks your site, loses data or causes a security incident, we will help where we can but accept no liability for damages.
When you use AI-related services, you are responsible for the API keys you supply and for the output the AI models produce.
When you connect a custom domain, you must be its lawful owner or an authorized user.

4. Data retention and backups

From the day after a subscription expires (including the end of the term after you cancel renewal), the service is suspended. Paying within 3 months of suspension restores your data in full; after that the platform may delete all data for that service, and it cannot be recovered.
To delete a service or your account early, email support. We stop the subscription's automatic payments first and then delete the related data, which cannot be recovered.
Backups are your responsibility. WordPress hosting customers should install a backup plugin (such as UpdraftPlus) and back up regularly to storage you control; for other services, export your important data on a regular basis. Our internal disaster recovery is not a backup commitment to you.

5. Fair use of resources

The storage and compute listed in each plan are the limits for that subscription. If you exceed them, the platform may ask you to reduce usage, recommend an upgrade, or restrict the service after notice.
The services may not be used for bulk email. Mail relayed through the platform (such as WordPress notification email) is rate-limited to protect overall sending reputation.

6. Prohibited uses

Cryptocurrency mining
Sending spam, phishing, or running fraudulent websites
Attacking, scanning or penetrating external systems
Storing or distributing illegal content (including infringing material and malware)
Circumventing resource quotas or interfering with other customers' services

7. Suspension and termination

If you violate these terms, the platform may suspend or terminate your services without a refund. In serious cases (such as illegal activity) we may terminate immediately and cooperate with the authorities.

8. Disclaimer

We work hard to keep the services available, but for outages or data loss caused by events beyond our control (including upstream data centers, networks and third-party software vulnerabilities) our liability is limited to one month of fees for that service (one-twelfth of the annual fee on yearly plans). Open-source software is provided with the features and defects of its upstream project, as is.

9. Changes to these terms

The platform may revise these terms at any time and will post the revision on this page; material changes will be announced by email. Continuing to use the services means you accept the revised terms.
