Why doesn't it

A typical chatbot answers from memory. With RAG, it first searches your material, then answers from the passages it finds, and every answer comes with its source.

Paste one code snippet into your site and a chat button appears in the bottom-right corner; the name, colors and greeting are all customizable. It works on WordPress, Shopify or a custom-built site, and comes preinstalled on sites hosted with RoamerHost.

Questions you may have before launch

To connect LINE, yes (a LINE Official Account is free to sign up for). When you activate, we'll walk you step by step through enabling the Messaging API in LINE Developers and pasting in your keys and webhook URL. If you only want the website chat window, you don't need a LINE account.
The AI replies to customers with LINE "reply messages," which don't count toward your Official Account's monthly message quota. Only broadcasts and push messages you send to friends count.
PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx), CSV and plain text files all work, and you can also paste a URL to pull in a web page. For PDFs scanned as images, we recommend converting them to text first so the AI can read them accurately.
It says honestly that your material doesn't give a definite answer, instead of making one up, and notifies you to take over. The question also shows up under "Unanswered questions" in the dashboard; add an answer there, and it'll know the answer next time.
Every answer shows which document it was based on, so in the dashboard it's easy to track down the passage that's unclear or out of date. Fix the document and upload it again, and the AI answers from the new content.
Your rich menu works as usual. We recommend turning off keyword auto-replies so they don't answer the same message as the AI; we'll remind you to set this when you activate.
